Disability Discrimination Act 2005 & Building Regulations 2000

The Building Regulations require reasonable provision to be made for access to a building and use of facilities within a building. We can help you achieve social inclusion by recognising the different needs of all people and
the variations in the ways that they use the built environment using the principles of Approved Document M, or other recognised guidance such as BS8300. We undertake building works or alterations, where the design follows the guidance within such documents, noting any areas where compliance is not possible or practical within an Access Statement.
